Sugar, Stormy's sister, is by Ch. Ce Ce´s On the Road Again (owned at the time by Diane Suman) out of Randalet´s Autumn Haze. Her parents' pedigrees are below. She is a 9 lb. black-and-white Chin with huge, sparkling, intelligent eyes. She has been CERF-certified for healthy eyes (2007), and OFA-certified for heart (2009), and patellas (knees)(2009)! Few Chin have OFA-certified healthy hearts and almost none have certified good patellas. Many Chin die before they are 10 years old of hereditary congestive heart disease, so this is really important.
She is built to run and always wins Chin races around our yard.
Sugar (9 lb.) had 1 girl and 3 boy puppies, sired by Hagrid (9.5 lb.), on 1/4/2010.
UPDATE 5/5/2010: All of Sugar's puppies have been adopted. As this was her third litter, we have retired her. We love her dearly. She has been adopted with her daughter "Ninja" by a doctor and his wife who live on a lake in SC. She and Ninja are very happy.
